Sudhakar is an alumni of National Institute of Technology - Warangal; having secured his B.Tech in Electrical Engineering in 1982. A distinguished businessman & pioneer in the field of non- destructive testing in Oil and Gas industry. Under his leadership the Group has diversified from NDT to Real Estate and currently has business interest in Middle East and India. Enterprising, extroverted and customer focused techno commercial business leader with a natural ability for building new business and forging loyalty with clients, vendors and external business partners.

Gautam Srinivasan is the founding partner of Ivy. He is a BITS-Pilani graduate, INSEAD alumnus & IIM-C fellow. He has a decade of experience with Boston Consulting Group, Roland Berger and EY & brings with him a strong global outlook through his collaboration with large conglomerates from over 15 countries. He has deep expertise & insights in the fields of real estate, infrastructure & capital goods through his business undertakings with the C-suite management of MNC’s. Knit by the philosophy of value creation for end-users & stakeholders, he is an ardent believer of practising best in class standards and processes for timely execution & honouring business commitments.

Srinithi Srinivasan is a founding partner of Ivy Realtors. She is a Chartered Accountant & alumnus of the National University of Singapore. Her diverse experience collaborating with regional & international developers lets her bring nuanced insights on financial prudence, contracts & project feasibility. Srinithi is a design enthusiast with an astute sense of architectural & finishing aesthetics.
